We are lucky to be surrounded by a wild landscape where the availability of native forage is high and the use of chemicals is virtually nil. Therefore, our honey is quite unique in flavour and there is increasing research and evidence that points to its medicinal and health benefits.

We press the wildflower, tree blossom and heather honey in late Summer to early Autumn. We do this all on the croft ourselves, and then bottle the honey or cut into comb for direct sale.
