We have limited releases per year of mixed size boxes, which we sell to a local market. We also make a range of artisan produce which includes speciality sausages, burgers and a range of cured bacons. All of our pork produce is butchered and created here on the croft, in our own micro-butchery, and by us.

We believe in celebrating the "pigness of the pig". We ensure our pigs are always kept active and stimulated, and we believe their high quality of life is reflected in the quality of our meat. We use a nearby abattoir, and we bring our animals there directly ourselves.

Our pigs are fed on organic certified feed, supplemented with occasional local apples or beer draff from our local brewer Two Thirsty Men. We don’t routinely administer antibiotics or preventative medicinal treatments to our animals.

We do not offer a postal service, but we are happy to offer collection from the croft if you live outwith our delivery area. Pork is released via our website mailing list.
